4.   Role of PSR practitioner Competencies, person-centered practice, person's natural environment, the rehab alliance
5.   Professional responsibility Rights and responsibilities, documentation (content and quality)
6.   Ethics, laws, and regs Ethics, confidentiality and privacy, informed consent, rights of the person served, documentation
7.   Cultural competence Diversity / identity, cultural competence, culturally competent services
8.   Comm Resources / Systems Mass public human services organization, government benefits and entitlement programs
9.   PSR Program Models Evidence-based practices, residential and vocational programs, clubhouses, day rehab, PACT, etc.
10.   Advocacy and self-help Principles and processes of advocacy, the legislative process, self-help and mutual help.
11.   Helping skills Listening, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating understanding, orienting, goals
