President: Lyn Legere
Lyn Legere serves as the Director of Education and Peer Support at the Transformation Center in Boston (formerly M-Power). She oversees the Certified Peer Specialist Training program, MassWRAP training programs, and is part of the leadership team for the Transformation Center.
She is also a co-trainer for the Psychiatric Vocational Rehabilitation Certificate Program at Boston University. Lyn's recovery journey changed dramatically for the better with her exposure to the "recovery movement" and the principles of psychiatric rehabilitation in 2000. Since this time, she has become a committed advocate and educator, focusing on the need for recovery-oriented services that generously incorporate CPRPs and peers in the workforce.
Lyn has a Masters in Rehabilitation with a specialization in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from Boston University, is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP), and a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS). She also serves on several Boards and Consumer Advisory Councils in the state, and is a member of TRANSCOM. She has presented nationally and internationally on psychiatric rehabilitation practices, recovery oriented services, and the beneficial roles of peers in the workforce. She is the recipient of the 2007 Isaiah Uliss Award from USPRA, a "Commendation" from the state of Massachusetts, and the 2008 NAMI "Heroes in the Fight" award.

Steve LaMaster
Over the course of his 20 year career serving people with psychiatric disabilities, Steve LaMaster has been encouraged and influenced by trends toward greater levels of personal involvement by end users of services and their significant others. Currently, Mr. LaMaster serves as Vinfen's Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, providing consultation to managers in 100 programs serving 1600 persons in a variety of housing and outreach settings.
In this capacity, he coordinates implementation of division-wide rehabilitation initiatives, organizes a coherent framework of consultation and staff development through 15 regionalized Rehabilitation Specialists, and oversees adherence efforts related to Medicaid's Rehabilitation Option Services provision. Mr. LaMaster holds a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University.

Secretary: Brett S. Poza
Brett S. Poza MA, ATR is a registered art therapist who has worked in the mental health field for 21 years. Brett focuses on empowerment through the blending of creative arts and recovery concepts in group work and individual mentoring. She currently works at Westborough State Hospital where she is the Coordinator of Peer Support Services and Recovery Education. Brett has a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and a MA in Expressive Therapies from Lesley University.
